During our careers, we have been both confronted with too many IT solutions that didn’t deliver on expectations and even brought more complexity within the organisation.

In the early 2000s, we witnessed the emergence of a new revolutionary IT solution: CRM. The simplicity of use and the potential of Customer Relationship Management for businesses have fascinated us. We decided to found Up Consulting to promote and deliver efficient CRM solutions to the Luxembourg market to help organisations achieve their goals in sales, marketing and services development.
