Smplicity started in the UK with consultants from the top 4 consulting organisations. Having worked on both sides of projects as consultants and as end-users, we noticed that there were many overcomplicated Salesforce projects which failed to deliver even the right commercial results. We wanted to simplify things and decided to offer an enterprise-level service level to the mid-market business at a lower price, which eventually lead to the creation of Smplicity.
We have helped many companies find the business improvement they were searching for. Their processes are smoother, their leads are converting faster, and they are using more of Salesforce than they considered possible.
Our headquarters are based in London, United Kingdom, and we have a Centre of Excellence in Mauritius. We are a registered Salesforce Partner, with many successfully completed projects and counting registered on the Salesforce AppExchange.
