Through his insight and speaking appearances at global and local Salesforce events, Adam has become known as a thought-leader in the Salesforce community. His passion and knowledge on topics such as migrating to Salesforce Lightning, effective automation, and data security have inspired audiences at Dreamforce in San Francisco, and Salesforce World Tour events in Paris and London, as well as the Bristol Salesforce User-group.

Through his work with Salesforce University, Adam has coached hundreds of customers, companies and Salesforce professionals to gain an understanding of how Salesforce can be customized and optimized for any business or organization. He is a Salesforce Certified Sales Cloud and Service Cloud Consultant, Advanced Administrator, Platform App Builder, Salesforce Certified Pardot Specialist, and Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email Specialist.
