3: Post Install Setup Instructions: Step 1: Add users to the Call Center

Go to Setup, enter Call Centers in the Quick find box, then click Call Centers. Click the Edit next to the "ClickToDial" Center Adapter and then click Manage Call Center Users. Add any additional users that you want to use this app.

OR

Click the Plus icon (+) to the right of your current tabs. The All Tabs page appears. Click on "Click to Call" Tab | Select Manage Users| Select users from the list view | Click "Add to Call Center".

Step 2: Goto Leads/Contacts/Accounts | Select a Record | Click any Phone/Mobile field to place a call. Call activity should appear in the sidebar.
