We collect information you provide directly to us, including:
- Account Information: Name, email address, password, and company details when you create an account.
- Profile Information: Professional details, certifications, portfolio items, and location for freelancer and company profiles.
- Project Information: Project descriptions, budgets, timelines, and requirements submitted through our matching system.
- Communications: Messages, feedback, and correspondence through our contact forms.
- ChatGPT introduction requests: The contact details, company details, project brief and selected firms you review and submit in the CRM Consulting component. We receive the reviewed fields, not your full conversation. Passwordless connection and email verification records protect the submission. You can connect using an email code without creating a password. We use your verified email to identify your introduction requests; existing account passwords are unchanged.
2. How we use your information
We use the information we collect to:
- Provide, maintain, and improve our platform and services.
- Match businesses with appropriate Salesforce consulting partners and freelancers.
- Send you notifications about matches, messages, and platform updates.
- Respond to your comments, questions, and support requests.
- Monitor and analyze trends, usage, and activities on our platform.
4. Information sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- With Partners: When you request introductions and give permission, our team may share your reviewed brief and contact details with the firms you select. ChatGPT submissions enter our review queue; they do not automatically email those firms.
- Public Profiles: Freelancer and company profiles marked as public are visible to platform users.
- Service Providers: With third-party vendors who assist in operating our platform (email delivery, hosting).
- Legal Requirements: When required by law or to protect the rights and safety of our users.
5. Data security
We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data, including encryption of data in transit, secure password hashing, and HTTP-only session cookies. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.
6. Your rights
You have the right to:
- Request access, correction or deletion of your personal information by contacting us.
- Opt out of marketing communications at any time.
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request deletion of your account and associated data.
7. Data retention
We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you services. Contact-email and passwordless connection codes expire after 15 minutes and are single-use. Passwordless browser verification lasts 15 minutes and is restricted to the plugin connection. Expired passwordless challenges become eligible for deletion 24 hours after expiry and are removed during subsequent connection activity. Abandoned ChatGPT verification drafts become eligible for deletion 24 hours after expiry and are removed during subsequent verification activity. Submitted requests remain in our introduction queue for coordination and follow-up. OAuth access credentials expire after one hour; a connection expires after 30 days and can be revoked. Credentials are stored as hashes. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
