1. Acceptance of terms

CRM Consulting (crm.consulting, "the Platform") is a product of MOSAIC SOFTWARE, 214 Bd Ibnou Sina, Casablanca, Morocco. In these Terms of Service, "CRM Consulting", "we" and "us" refer to MOSAIC SOFTWARE, the company that operates the Platform.

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of service

CRM Consulting is a platform that connects businesses with Salesforce consulting partners and freelancers. We provide search, matching, and communication tools to facilitate these connections. We do not directly provide consulting services.

3. User accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

4. Partner and freelancer obligations

• All profile information, including certifications and experience, must be accurate and up to date.
• Partners and freelancers must respond to project inquiries in a timely manner.
• Any work agreements are made directly between the client and the partner/freelancer.
• CRM Consulting is not a party to any service agreements between users.

5. Client obligations

• Project briefs must accurately describe your requirements, budget, and timeline.
• You agree to engage respectfully with partners and freelancers.
• You are responsible for evaluating and selecting your consulting partner.

6. Fees and payments

Freelancer profiles are free. Partner listings are available under various subscription plans as described on our pricing page. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.

7. Intellectual property

The Platform and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by MOSAIC SOFTWARE. Users retain ownership of content they submit but grant us a license to display it on the platform.

8. Limitation of liability

CRM Consulting acts as a marketplace connecting businesses with consultants. We are not responsible for the quality, timing, or outcome of any consulting services arranged through our platform. Our liability is limited to the fees paid to us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting us.

10. Changes to terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notification. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance.
