Esna iLink integrates click-to-call, call management, call tracking and caller screen-pops right within Salesforce. With Esna, every incoming and outgoing call is automatically logged in Salesforce for you. For incoming calls, Esna’s searches Salesforce for the number of the incoming call and automatically opens up that caller’s record. Esna also detects the outgoing calls you make from Salesforce and logs those as well.
