After setup, the initial data sync populates customer policy data from AMS360 into SFDC.

When a producer creates a new opportunity, the connector transfers to AMS360 as a prospect.

When a CSR needs to create a quote, Salesforce prospect data populates a submission shell in AMS360.

The client prospect agrees to the policy purchase, the opportunity is closed-won in Salesforce, and the CSR is notified to create a policy.

The policy appears in Salesforce where a producer can use the information as a reference for client engagement.
