Tender Management

Tender management is an add-on for the Salesforce Sales Cloud that addresses the need for better handling of quotes that are part of the tender process in the building / construction industry.

If your products or materials are specified in a project that is out for tender, multiple contractors may be requesting quotes for the same opportunity. This tool gives your sales team a way to track who is bidding on the tender and to quickly and easily create a copy of the quote documents for each bidder.

For each project you need to create only one opportunity and a single quote that can be used as a template for each bidder. This keeps your pipeline clean and makes changes and updates to the specification a simple task no matter how many bidders you are working with.
