Salesforce Chatter Dashboards

Install the package to access these dashboards and their source reports:

• Overview - View overall Chatter adoption with detailed metrics and monthly trends.
• Adoption by Department - Monitor group adoption by department with membership and engagement metrics in groups, user profiles, and topics.
• Files - Monitor content creation and user engagement, such as the top files, trending content, and the top contributors.
• Groups - Monitor feed and member activity in Chatter groups.
• Management - Track unanswered questions and posts in groups and user profiles, group growth rates, and the overall health of your groups.
• Q&A - Track recent activity for questions, answers, and the best answers posted in groups.
• Topics - View topic taxonomy and monitor topic assignments, including the most assigned topics and the top assigners.
• User - Track recent activity for questions, answers, and best answers posted on user profiles.

You can also create customized reports using out-of-the-box groupings such as department, country, role, or profile.
