ProviderOne Utilities installs the data model, permissions, and reporting that HealthDetail's ProviderOne NPI Query and Save Records actions depend on. It adds Healthcare_Facility and Healthcare_Provider record types to Account and Contact, plus dedicated objects for provider addresses, identifiers, specialties, and schedules — including an indexed NPI Number field for fast lookups.
Sixteen permission sets and matching custom permissions give admins granular control over who can create or view provider, facility, address, and identifier data. A guided installation wizard walks you through setup, and 23 reports plus 7 dashboards give visibility into your provider and facility data out of the box. This package has no Agentforce actions of its own — install it first, then install the ProviderOne package for NPI lookup and save. Free.
