AC B2B Commerce OrderPad enables B2B sellers' agents to create B2B orders on behalf of their B2B customers.
Agents can quickly create orders without leaving their Salesforce profiles. Just select a customer's account or contact record and start adding products!
Customize and configure your checkout flow the way you like. AC OrderPad will work with any eCommerce flow that's configured in your org.
The owner of the created order is the B2B Customer; the company agent's name is also reflected on the order. This allows both companies and their B2B customers to track and easily find all the orders created by agents on behalf of their customers.
This functionality is also useful for B2B sellers' sales representatives when they promote sales / discounts to customers, which are often time-limited, so they can quickly create an order on behalf of the customer.
