Welkin Customizable Tooltip with links and formatting

As a Salesforce developer, you have surely been in situations when you need to add easy-to-understand guides to a page, component, application, etc. Tooltips are awesome in getting the most important information to your users, quickly, but the issue is that those tooltips don't give users any insights on where to go look for more information, and they aren’t always easy to read.

Welkin's Customizable Tooltip is an Aura Component that provides you the same look&feel as a standard helptext (formerly known as popover) but it allows you to add links (like the typical "Learn More...") with just 2 extra attributes for you to fill in. Also, our tooltip won't disappear when a user hovers over a tooltip, unlike in a standard tooltip. You can easily pass HTML markup as a tooltip content to set correct accents and make a hint easier to read & understand.
