V12 Provider Data Engine
V12 PDE (Provider Data Engine) is a data management companion product to V12 Network used to maintain, update, and cleanse provider network data. The product consists of an AppExchange managed package for the user interface, a backend database on AWS where data is aggregated, and a service layer to access data within the database from Salesforce.
Highlights
- Aggregate provider data from multiple sources, including nationally-available databases like NPPES, roster files submitted from external sources, and internal data warehouses.
- Use AI to rank each data source according to six distinct domains: Age, Source Trust, Completeness, Consensus, Deviation, and Detail significance. These rankings can be adjusted in near real time by administrative users.
- Update your Salesforce/V12 Network provider demographics, practicing location, and specialty data by querying against the aggregated, highly-ranked data in PDE. These updates can be approved manually or applied automatically using business logic.
