In a single console view and with just a few clicks, users can search and filter trusted knowledge articles, grab the most applicable text, customize it for a particular question, and link it to a question.

Progress bars and status indicators mean managers and users can immediately see the progress on individual questions and on entire RFPs.

RFPs and questions can be assigned to users and in-console chatter feeds aid in collaboration.

Install note:

Due to a known limitation in packages, code referring to Data Categories cannot be packaged into AppExchange apps. Instead, to use Data Categories in ProposalForce
