iTools State/Country Validation

iTools State/Country Validation is the automated way to maintain accurate, consistent and complete State and Country values for Salesforce addresses.

iTools validation works ’behind the scenes’ with absolutely no impact on the way your users add or update addresses. Batch validation is also available to clean up existing addresses with a click of a button. An easy to use custom view is provided to quickly review and correct invalid values. iTools supports the standard address fields for Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Contracts and Users.

An international standards-based library of content is used to deliver accurate results. State/Country names are provided in multiple languages and formats and can be customized to fit your needs.

iTools will standardize state/country values to a single, preferred name which you can set for your organization. If the country value is blank, iTools will try to fill it in for you. With a valid country value, iTools attaches an ISO country code to each address to use to simplify report criteria, formulas, views, validation rules, workflow rules and more.
