DS FileShare Tool

This app is used to share files from Salesforce Users to Community Users. Community user will only be able to view those files, which are shared with him from Salesforce User. Salesforce user can upload files (which need to be shared) and select the Community User (to which he/she want to share the files) from the picklist. User will be able to view the history of files shared with the details of recipient and sender.

Steps to install Application 1. Enable community for the account 2. Create new community 3. Admin should have a specified Role. 4. Install Application from app store 5. Create New Contact 6. Link the new contact to an account 7. 'Enable customer User' for the new Contact 8. Add a tab for 'Attachment Sharing' in any app. 9. Click on Attachment sharing tap and select user to which files need to be shared 10. Files will be accessible to the other user.
