Appforce Doc Notes tracks document requests and outbound communications, so doctors and their administrative teams waste less time managing them.

The application provides a repository for boilerplate forms and sample letters so staffers can quickly and easily pull together documents and forward them to a physician for signing. Appforce Doc Notes includes a Mandates tab for tracking paperwork on cases, such as those of certain communicable diseases, that must be reported due to legal requirements.

Built-in reports let you see how many requests you are receiving each month and what sorts of diseases have been reported from your practice. You can keep a separate list of requests for each of your practitioners, as well as an archive of contact information for the agencies and offices that are frequent recipients of documents from your office.
