Checklists can be general or for specific Objects (e.g. Accounts, Opportunities) even with certain conditions (e.g. Accounts with a rating of warm). You can add Tasks manually - or automatically (e.g. when a new Account is created or the Opportunity is closed).
Microtasks (checklist within tasks) reduce the number of tasks with step-by-step guidance.
The created tasks can be active all at once - or activated when prerequisite tasks are completed.
Recurring Checklist with the ability to cancel not completed tasks.
