This is a native loyalty program built on Customer communities for the front end and Force.com on the back end. This product is sold as an OEM product and can be used with Sales and Service cloud without any modifications. This product covers the entire gamut of Memberships, Product registrations, Reward redemptions, News, Events, Promotions, Banners.
It also has a Content Management system incorporated within the system to publish content on communities with great ease. Users can modify content and publish it on their sites without any need for IT skills.
