WeLoop

First tool allowing all users of the same Salesforce application, organized into communities, to interact together, report their needs and requests of improvement.

On the user side, WeLoop appears as an intuitive widget with a strong focus on the collaborative experience. Through the widget, users can collectively express their improvement requests, needs, incidents or bug reports without leaving their Salesforce environment. Each feedback is shared with the entire user community, allowing them to discuss and react to a topic instantly without language barrier. In fact, WeLoop translates users’ conversations in real time into more than 70 languages.

For application managers, WeLoop is an interface that allows them to collect all user requests, prioritize the most relevant ones thanks to data and pre-qualify them before sending them for development on project management tools (Jira, ServiceNow, GitLab...). It is through a customisable kanban (evolutive dashboard) that the application manager has an overview of all the requests created by users and, follow up, qualify and make the requests evolve.
