The Skedulo Scheduling for Public Sector Solutions is an add-on for the standard Skedulo App that supports the following scenarios:

Scheduling for constituents to visit government facilities:

• Self-schedule appointments based on the license, permit or inspection type
• See appointment slot availability in a calendar view
• Ability to make updates to appointment details after an appointment is scheduled and confirmed
• Self-reschedule or cancel appointments
• Ability to set varying availability for fixed locations

Scheduling for government to visit constituents in the field:

• Manually or automatically schedule appointments and match workers to jobs based on availability, location, and skill set
• Schedule multiple resources to a single appointment
• Schedule recurring appointments
• Transfer inspection appointments to another inspector
• Create inspection or reinspection/ follow-up appointments from the mobile app
• Define resource territories
• Reschedule or cancel appointments

Scheduling for constituents to reserve assets:

• Self-schedule & reserve assets such as a park picnic area, sports field, BBQ pit, etc.
• Reschedule or cancel reservations
