The Skedulo High Capacity Scheduling for COVID-19 Testing & Vaccine Administration is an add-on for the standard Skedulo App.

For organizations managing testing & vaccination sites:

• A configurable Lightning Booking Grid for use on any Salesforce object, Community or Site.
• Schedule a specified number of appointments, per day or per hour, so as not to exceed location capacity.
• The available number of appointments can be consistent everyday or changes depending on the day, or time of day.
• Recommend available appointments at testing locations closest to an individuals home.
• Multi-booking capability for vaccinations with multiple doses.
• Provide individuals with automatic confirmation and appointment details via SMS or email, including a QR code for contactless verification on-site.

For staff on-site at testing & vaccination sites:

• On-site staff can use the Skedulo Mobile App to perform contactless ID checks and check-ins, using the individual’s QR code, to confirm identity and on-time arrival.
• On-site staff can reschedule appointments for individuals that show up early or late for their originally scheduled appointment.
