Sequencer

Business Process Management (BPM) tool to allow users to design/execute/monitor long state-full processes for any standard or custom object. This tool provides a process flow designer where user can sequence Salesforce activities. User can do parallel tasking, priority checking, assign task to any Salesforce user or group. Once the flow is in execution, the tool provides the dashboard to monitor the task sequences.

Sequencer can be used to design any process flow which can be for Sales, Service, Financial, HR or any other business function. If a Case is created for a certain problem type, Sequencer process flow can execute tasks based on the design.

Unlike the default platform workflow, Sequencer assigns the tasks at real-time when the previous task is closed. It checks all depndencies automatically.
