Game Warden (Salesforce Admin) creates Game Board(s) utilizing over 50 configurable Game rules (also known as Challenges). Rules are the heart of the framework and collectively drive players towards achieving business goals. Players follow milestones defined based on your organization's adoption goals (Game KPIs) during the game period. Challenges are divided into 4 categories -
a) Influence good behavior - Example: Logins, Mobile App usage, Reports creates, reports run, chatter influence etc. b) Following Best practices & data hygiene - Example: Custom rules on any Salesforce object etc. c) Feature adoption - Example - Page Viewed, Buttons clicked etc. d) Business goals - Example - Closed deals, custom business KPI rules based on configurable data from any report or custom object, trailhead progress etc

- Innovative Game Builder Setup Games with Challenges, Milestones, Badges and performance based Rewards. Players earn points as Challenges are met. Players get bonus points as milestones are reached or challenges are completed.
- Add Fun You can define optional penalties when sufficient progress is not made for any challenge. As Game progresses, Players gain and drop in ranks. Players earn challenge based badges. Players achieve “status” levels as they earn points.
- Compete and Win Player Dashboard gives detailed insights on where they stand with competition and what do they need to do to win rewards spiffs! Player win prizes/rewards defined by a configurable rules based on Ranking, Challenge progress and Badges.
