Recognition Cloud

Recogo is an app dedicated to helping companies retain and recognize their employees, build stronger team morale and encourage salesforce adoption.

Throughout their day, users can send recogos thanking fellow coworkers or giving them shout-outs for a job well done. Users can select from a set of pre-existing tags, write a description and then click ‘Send Recogo’.

Anyone can scroll through the companies recogos to see all the good work that is going on within their organization. Each recogo comes with points so users can accumulate points and be encouraged to send recognition to their coworkers.

A great resource for annual reviews and quantifying company values, managers have access to a manager dashboard to see the company health as well as individual users historical recogo’s. Corporate values and objectives that are not quantifiable (like teamwork or excellence) can easily be tracked by adding these as recogo categories and seeing which individuals are receiving them.

With Recogo, managers are able to identify key performers that may not be inclined to brag about their own contribution, especially in the remote setting we are all currently dealing with.
