The Smart Contracts BizHub Application is a complete Contract Management solution that can give organizations a 360-degree view of all contracting processes. This application enables customers to map the entire process flow for the contract process from setting up Contracts, approvals, templates, amendments, terminations, and related processing. Since this is built on the Salesforce platform, it natively integrates with all Salesforce products.
We offer integration with DocuSign and AdobeSign. We are a DocuSign partner and offer a bundled price with DocuSign e-Signature.
This solution can be enhanced to process Purchase Requisitions (PR), Bidding details for the required functionality related to PRs and vendor selection process (e-Bidding), and Purchase Orders (PO) processing.
Redlining contracts, AI-based identification of changes and assessment of risks, and enhanced integration capability with SAP are available as add-on options. You can also use this solution to address master data creation processes and integrate them with SAP. For organizations that use ERP, especially SAP, this solution will allow for complete integration to ensure complete digital visibility.
