Experience Cloud / Community File Attachment Visibility

The Challenge: FILES that are attached to records by an internal user are only visible to internal users by default. Experience Cloud users who have access to the same record do not see the files attached to that record as a result.

Our Solution: We address that gap by making it very easy for your administrator to update file visibility for experience cloud end users. We do this with clicks, not code!
