Forget-Me-Yes (FMY) Data Privacy Platform

FMY is a simple, cost-effective and secure application that facilitates Right-to-Delete/Right-to-be-Forgotten Data Subject Requests (DSR) for CCPA, CPA, GDPR, LGPD, PIPL, VCDA, WPA and other international data privacy regulations, providing compliance audit protection to both Salesforce Orgs/data-stewards and data subjects equally. FMY’s zero-knowledge encrypted architecture securely locates the requested PII data across any connected datastore(s) and provides the Salesforce datastore administrator with an Acknowledgement of Deletion Intent (ADI) form with automated links to each matching record(s) for Salesforce datastore administrator review, approval and delete execution. The completed ADI is then securely stored and an encrypted copy is sent to the Data Subject as proof of the DSR completion. Our DSR Reinfection Prevention (DRP) technology ensures that the previously ‘forgotten’ PII data/records do not reappear within the Salesforce Org datastore for the life of the FMY subscription.
