About Communicator Integration
Fulfil campaigns, synchronise contacts and view campaign activity metrics.
Communicator provides hosted middleware to clients requiring integration between Salesforce and Communicator.
This integration allows you to create and run campaigns from within Salesforce utilising the powerful delivery capabilities of Communicator.
This solution also facilitates the synchronisation of contact data between your Salesforce contacts and Communicator tables and mailing lists. It provides visibility of activity metrics following email campaigns within Salesforce. Contacts will be enhanced with details of emails opened, clicked, unsubscribed and bounced.
The synchronisation occurs periodically specific to each client. Clients will require the creation of custom objects within Salesforce. All hosting and operation is facilitated by us at Communicator .
The middleware exploits the APIs of both Salesforce and Communicator, ensuring that there is no dependence on client side plug-ins.
