Check(In) Mate

Have you ever wanted to get insights on your field rep visiting performance? Have you ever wanted to understand if the field reps are visiting as expected? Look no further, Check(In) Mate is here to help.

The Check(In) Mate utility will enable your field reps to check-in as soon as they arrive in a customer and check-out when they are about to leave. The location and timestamp information are stored on a Visit record, so you will be able to create reports to understand how your field reps are performing.

As an administrator, you can also define a compliance distance, if a field rep tries to check-in/check-out outside of that range, they are going to get an alert or won't even be able to perform that action!

As a bonus, most of this solution was created on using a modular approach in Flows, therefore, it is easy for admins and developers to tweak what was created and have it work for even more use cases.
