Campaign Coach

Campaign Coach provides a strategy for campaign execution with scripted call and email templates so that the team can efficiently deliver perfect messages and drum up new business faster.

Coach leverages templated scripts within a campaign strategy cadence. With a simple script builder, one can copy and paste fields to merge directly into dynamic scripts. Then when executing a cadence, Coach will pull up the appropriate script according to the action where our user left off within that campaign member.

For example, perhaps one would like 3 touch points per member in their campaign. From a list of campaign members, Coach remembers which touch point you've left off and will prompt the next script in line for perfect execution. When a call is the next action, a call script is prompted and logged as an action within salesforce against the lead or contact. When an email is the next action, a draft email appears for final touches before delivery and logging.
