Axy Validator

Axy Validator provides lot of common or complex validations to improve your Salesforce data quality and maximize your business performance. It is easily installed and configured by your Salesforce Administrator, just with a few clicks.

The app has two types of business validation rules to use on any Salesforce standard or custom object: FORMAT and CHECKSUM.

FORMAT RULES: Validate the LENGHT and SYNTAX of the data, as for Credit Card, VAT EU, US Social Security Number or UK Phones among others.

CHECKSUM RULES: Validate there are NO TYPING ERRORS using checksum algorithms: for example, IBAN or PPS Number.

Our application supports as well two categories of actions during the validation: WARNING and ERROR.

WARNING ACTIONS: Allow you to configure a specific field to set a warning message when the checked data is not correct. But this action ALLOWS TO SAVE THE RECORD. Useful when catching data in a call or uploading data from external sources.

ERROR ACTIONS: These action prevent the user to save the record when data is no matching the expected format. So you assure the business process only goes on if every data is correct.
