Admin Task Optimizer powered by Extentia

Setting Field Level Security (FLS) for the newly created task(s) or updating the FLS is a daily repetitive task for every system administrator.

Admin Task Optimizer allows administrations to save time and clicks to set the FLS.

To use the application, Salesforce System Admins need to follow these steps:

1. Select the object for which FLS has to be set 2. Choose one or more fields for the selected objects 3. Select Profile(s) for which field access needs to be given 4. Select Profile(s) for which object permissions needs to be given 5. Choose the type of access (Visible/Read-Only) 6. Set FLS or Object Permissions in real-time or schedule it for the future
