Trabajamos con organizaciones en tres momentos distintos:
Aún no tienen Salesforce. Implementación greenfield, con el alcance y la arquitectura cerrados antes de configurar. Discovery, diseño de la solución, construcción y validación, y salida a producción con acompañamiento durante la estabilización.
Ya lo tienen y algo no cuadra. Assessment con acceso de solo lectura: no modificamos la configuración ni los datos. Documentamos el estado actual, priorizamos los hallazgos por impacto y entregamos una recomendación con alternativas y esfuerzo estimado.
Funciona, pero nadie lo sostiene. Soporte gestionado con capacidad mensual dimensionada a su org, un canal, un responsable y tiempos de respuesta acordados. Aplica tanto a proyectos que implementamos como a orgs heredadas sin equipo.
