Ceili Oy is a Finnish Salesforce consulting partner and a Salesforce Summit Partner, the highest partner tier. Founded in 2014, Ceili has 50 employees and offices in Jyväskylä, Tampere and Helsinki. We serve customers in Finland and globally.
What we do We design, implement and develop Salesforce solutions end to end: Agentforce, Data 360 (Data Cloud), Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Marketing Cloud Next, Experience Cloud and Revenue Cloud. We also build our own AppExchange apps, such as Ceili GoPDF - a PDF Generator for Salesforce.
Who we work with Our customers include e.g. manufacturing and industrial technology companies (Elematic, Junttan, Steerprop, Saalasti), maritime (WE Tech Solutions), professional services (Balanco), education (Norlandia) and nonprofits (Médecins Sans Frontières, UN Women Finland). Typical projects include unifying customer, product and IoT data in Data 360, deploying Agentforce agents for sales and customer service, automating marketing or building fundraising solutions on Nonprofit Cloud.
