Yobi

1. Bulk Sync: Sync all contacts of the org into Yobi 2. Create Contact: if you create a contact in Salesforce, it will be created in Yobi 3. Update: if you update a contact in Salesforce, that contact will also be updated in yobi 4. Delete: If You delete a contact record from Salesforce, it will be deleted from the Yobi 5. Call: When you make a call in Yobi, a task will be created in salesforce with a call recording link in the comment. All call details can be accessible from the Task object or we can see only calls related to specific records by checking the activity component on the record page. 6. Message: All messages sent from Yobi can be synced into the salesforce Conversation Object.
