Utilizing the 'Chatter' function in Salesforce and the 'Discussions' function in Xakia, teams can collaborate, share updates and document links to see a legal request through to completion, while capturing all critical information in the Salesforce environment.

- Submit legal requests - select from 4 standard forms (NDA, Term Sheet, Sales Contract or Contract Change) to provide your legal team with information required to prepare and return documents required to move each deal through the funnel.
- Monitor updates and collaborate - information pushed into Salesforce will keep opportunity owners up to date by displaying the current status of work, the legal team members responsible and will utilize the 'Chatter' function for real-time collaboration.
