Volunteer Engagement Application (VEA)

VEA is a Salesforce Experience Cloud application in which the needs of the volunteer are central. This concerns not only the task-related needs, but above all the social and cooperation needs.

In VEA, a specific (role-based) community can be composed for each specific group of volunteers. Each volunteer is supported in this community with the relevant functionalities, data, information and knowledge.
