Connector for the Upstream Automotive Data Platform

The Partner Application is a connector to its automotive data platform solution (“Upstream Automotive Platform”). Partner Application enables Partner Customer to receive the Upstream Platform alerts in Salesforce and open a case with all alerts information about the vehicle. The Partner Application further provides specific functionality that allows the Partner Customer to engage with the vehicle's owner and recommend, or take the most relevant action based on vehicles’ data analysis. The Partner Application’s processes are running the vehicle’s alerts off the platform from the Upstream Automotive Platform and this allows Partner Customers to enrich drivers and vehicles information from within their Org.
