Total ABA

TotalABA is office automation software designed specifically for Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA) clinical centers. ABA therapy, combined with speech, physical and occupational therapy provides children with autism and other learning disorders the skills they need to live a happy and productive lives in spite of their disabilities. The software collects information about the students, and their associated insurance coverage information. It also collects information about the therapists working for the clinic. The scheduling section combines the therapists with the students to create a calendar view of upcoming student appointments. The system then collects both clinical and billing information about what happens during the appointments, and uses that information to manage insurance payments, as well as time/expense data about the therapists to allow payroll calculations. The system uses the clinical information to record skills taught to the children so that progress can be reported and charted over time. This clinical information can also be passed to insurance companies and parents of students to show the improvement in skills acquired by the treatment.
