Tax Reclaim

For a given year, it collects all the donations for a donor (Opportunities where closed won is true and contact role is Donor or Paid Gift Transactions) where the Tax Claim Process History record does not already exist for that year and the donor has a PPS Number and a valid tax declaration and the donation record type is not in the excluded list

For Irish tax claims, if this amount is greater than or equal to the threshold (€250), it creates a Tax Claim Process History record with the amount to be claimed

For UK tax claims, the Tax Claim Process History record is created for all donors for the given year.

It then produces a CDS file or files for the year.

It also allows for a related list of tax declaration forms and updates the fields on the donor with the latest form
