SSO

This package contains an External Client App (ECA) that enables secure access to Gainsight Customer Success using Salesforce authentication. After installation, Salesforce authentication becomes available for supported Gainsight plugins and the mobile app so users can sign in with their Salesforce credentials.

With Gainsight CS SSO, teams can: – Sign in to supported Gainsight plugins and mobile app using Salesforce credentials –Use Salesforce-based authentication with supported experiences such as Gainsight Assist for Chrome, Gainsight Assist for Outlook, Gainsight App for Zoom, and Gainsight MobileChoose package installation access for Salesforce admins, all users, or specific profiles –Choose package installation access for Salesforce admins, all users, or specific profiles

Getting started Install Gainsight CS SSO when users need Salesforce-based authentication for supported Gainsight plugins or mobile app. Users who access Gainsight only through the Gainsight NXT web application do not need this package. Gainsight CS SSO does not configure Salesforce data synchronization; environments that require data sync must configure the Gainsight CS Data Connector separately.
