Smart Lists is the component you need if you are struggling with the limitations of List Views and Related Lists or need an advanced search component

This flexible component allows you to build custom lists of records, files, and external data by using point and click configuration.

It can be deployed on record pages, home pages, custom app pages, community pages and flow screens.

It offers advanced filtering and searching capabilities that are not available in standard list views and related lists:

Smart Lists supports complex relationships as Cases related to the Department of the parent Account or Files related to the Account of the parent Case

Smart Lists comes with standard actions creating, editing and deleting records. New custom actions can be added

For complex use cases, it is possible to populate the list from custom data sources such as web services
