Technical Overview The Baseline Package uses secure APIs to connect Salesforce with the Siro platform. It writes structured data—including recordings, transcripts, summaries, and AI insights—back to Salesforce records. Data processing occurs outside Salesforce using Google Cloud Platform and LLM-based services such as OpenAI, Claude, and Gemini.
