Simplify Meeting Scheduler on Gmail

Google Calendar Connector streamlines meeting schedules between team members and clients. It also helps prospects connect with the company.

External to Internal user A website visitor can send a meeting request to the internal team, and any team member can respond by accepting the preferred client slots. A notification is sent to both through an email or by blocking their Google calendar

Internal user to Client/Internal Member Schedule meetings with an existing client or internal user. The user can add multiple contacts to the same account and connect with multiple internal members using the same meeting request. The request is sent to all participants via Gmail with a URL directing them to choose a suitable time slot. Once a member selects a slot, the calendar for other members is also blocked for that slot

Admin Functionalities Admins must define all the settings and permissions and thoroughly read the Admin guide before managing the application's setup page

Technical aspects The backend has apex codes and flows to filter slots at each step, fetch and provide data, and create events. To sync events, we have used Einstein Activity Capture
