A configurable screen that prompts the user for key parameters such as job duration, start and end dates, start times and resources and skills required
This same screen can be used to manage existing work orders to allow for needed changes to duration, dates and technician assignments- An assignment engine that generates service appointments and assigns them by role/skill to selected resources in selected territories
Compatibility with Salesforce Field Service, such that scheduling and optimization capabilities of Salesforce Field Service can be used on service appointments generated by the Service Appointment Generator component
