It analyzes uploaded RFP PDFs, extracts questions using GenAI, and matches them to your organization’s knowledge base [past RFP responses, Knowledge base of standard questions/answers] to find the most relevant answers, supported with fitment scores. Users can quickly further refine responses with simple prompts—rephrasing, expanding, or tailoring content for specific customers—without leaving the CRM. This free version helps teams accelerate proposal creation, improve accuracy, and significantly reduce manual effort. The paid version unlocks additional capabilities, including strategy alignment built into the agent, support for more RFP formats such as Excel and Word, automated quality checks on responses, pre-submission to ensure consistent, high-quality proposals.
