PosiEd is a Student Information System for K-12 schools built on the Salesforce platform, empowering a school to truly manage duty of care and compliance.
PosiEd allows you to capture all of the essential student and family information in the one place. School networks can have multiple schools within the same system without duplicate students or permission concerns. Once this data is on-platform, there is so much that can be done with it.
Schools can manage duty of care by knowing where their students are. Markroll, absence submission and real-time student movements enables the school to know a student's whereabouts. A strong wellbeing component also helps a school to care for students as well as provide school-wide analysis on student wellbeing. This can be wonderfully extended by Education Cloud.
The Markbook and Academic Reporting features are simple to use and on-platform, reducing the need for many connections to 3rd party software.

- REAL-TIME CALENDARS PosiEd has a real-time calendar component for both staff and students that syncs with timetabling software and engages with absence submissions, appointments and excursions all in real-time.
- WELLBEING MANAGEMENT Teachers and staff can easily log wellbeing observations for students that can easily be used for both caring for students and enabling school analysis. This component is perfectly extended by Education Cloud.
- MARK THE ROLL A clean interface for marking the roll enables teachers to focus on engaging with students. Teachers can send communications or log wellbeing observations. Real-time student movement updates across the school upon student check-out.
- MARKBOOK Setup and mark your assessments within PosiEd. The architecture enables static and continuous academic reporting to provide information in a timely manner. Once AI tools in Education Cloud are applied to this base, this is one powerful feature.
- MULTIPLE SCHOOLS Handle students from multiple schools in your network - all in the one place without having to worry about duplicate records. Students can maintain the 1 account while having multiple student records at different schools.
