About Overflow
Overflow is the philanthropy platform for today
The Overflow App allows your nonprofit 501(c)3 organization to retrieve your donation and donor data that lives on the Overflow platform and convert it into your existing objects for Opportunities, Accounts and Contacts in Salesforce. You will be able to map particular properties from Overflow data into the Salesforce fields of their choice using our Mapping Editor as well as set default values for other fields. Recurring jobs can be scheduled to regularly import the Overflow data.
Highlights
- UPGRADED AUTOMATIONS: Contributions now flow into Salesforce and map automatically to Salesforce Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities hourly.
- ENHANCED CONTRIBUTION DATA: "Payment Method", "Frequency", and "Recurring Frequency" are now included in each Overflow transaction in Salesforce and are available for custom mapping in the mapping editor.
- THOROUGH ERROR HANDLING: Upgraded Overflow logs to show each contribution created and updated in Salesforce. Redesigned Home Tab shows transactions which have not been mapped to Salesforce Accounts, Contacts, and Opportunities.
